If you find a product that interests you, click on it and check the details on the product page. By adding an item to favorites, you can receive price drop notifications, and if the item you want is not on the list, you can subscribe to the desired conditions.

Once you've decided on the product you want, contact the seller using the orange button on the product page to ask questions about the machine or to discuss business. If necessary, you can inspect the vehicle before purchasing, but if you pay the seller directly, you will not be able to take advantage of Our "Money Back Guarantee". Please use negotiations and business orders in transactional messages.

Once the deal is finalized, we place the order.
First, get an "estimate" from the seller in the transaction message.
Once received, check that the content of the quote is correct, enter the buyer information and click "Place Order".

Please note:
Freight methods and costs must be agreed with the seller during negotiations. If you are worried about arranging a trucking company yourself, you can apply for "Reliable Trucking Services" available at Makoto. Earth moving cost estimates are free.

Once your order is complete, please pay according to the details of the invoice issued by MAKOTO.
Once payment is completed, the seller will receive a notification from MAKOTO and prepare for shipping, and once shipping is complete, you will receive a "Shipping Notification". After the goods have been safely delivered, press the "Notice of receipt" button in the transaction message to notify the seller that the goods have been delivered.

Please note:
In the rare event that a problem occurs, such as the product you received is different from the product you ordered, please contact the seller/MAKOTO office first without "notification of receipt". If you notify us of receipt, the product price will automatically be transferred to the seller, making it difficult to negotiate a refund.
