1. Search by your desired conditions

You can search by various conditions such as machine category, manufacturer, model, year, price, business hours, warehouse location, and facilities. By using the search function, you can find machines that fit your budget and conditions.
If you find a product you are interested in, you can check the details from the product page. If you register it as a favorite, you can also receive price reduction notifications. Even if you do not find the product you want, you can search for it according to your desired conditions, so please fill in the conditions in the inquiry form and contact us.

2. Inquiries

When you find the product you want, please contact us using the inquiry form on the product page, or LINE or email. If you have any requests or questions about the product, please feel free to contact us.

3. About estimates and actual vehicle inspections

We will send you detailed photos of the product you want, instructions, and an estimate by email.
We will discuss the schedule for actual vehicle inspections and test runs, and if you have any requests or questions about the product, we will answer them together.

4. About ordering and payment

When you place an order, we will discuss the transportation and once the amount and details have been decided, we will send you an order form/contract by email. Please sign and stamp the order form/contract and return it to us by email or mail.
Once we have confirmed the order form/contract, we will issue an invoice, so please make the payment by bank transfer by the payment due date.

5. About delivery

Once all procedures and payment have been completed, we will transport and deliver the vehicle according to the schedule we discussed, and the transaction will be completed.
