A: Yes. Please let us know the manufacturer, model, budget, and other conditions, and we will search for it for you.

Q: Can I check the heavy machinery, construction machinery, etc. in person?

A: Yes. The storage location varies depending on the vehicle, so please contact us in advance.

Q: Can I reserve it for you?

A: Yes. We will set a deadline, so please understand.

Q: Can you do maintenance before delivery?

A: In principle, all vehicles are delivered as they are, but Kenkido has a [Tadano designated maintenance factory], so we will inspect, repair, maintain, and repair at an additional cost according to your request, so please feel free to contact us.

Q: Can you pass the vehicle inspection for vehicles that have been temporarily deleted or whose inspection has expired?

A: Yes. There is an additional cost, but Kenkido has a maintenance factory, so we can also handle vehicle registration and inspection. *Please contact us separately for crane inspection.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: The payment currency is Japanese yen in principle. Please bring the contract amount in cash or transfer it to our designated account by the payment date, which will be decided at the time of the contract. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, delivery may be delayed or we may not be able to hand over the product.

Q: Is a loan (installment payment) possible?

A: Payment to our company can be made in a lump sum in cash or by bank transfer in advance. We are happy to introduce financial institutions and provide consultation on loans.

Q: Can heavy machinery and construction machinery be transported?

A: Yes. Kenkido has a logistics department that specializes in heavy goods, so we will transport the equipment to your designated location after consultation at an additional cost. We can also handle disassembly and assembly, so please feel free to contact us first.

Q: Is there a product warranty for the purchased product? Can I return it?

A: No warranty or return is possible. There is no warranty for the purchased product. Please check the necessary information, images, and the actual vehicle before purchasing, and make your purchase at your own discretion. Please note that we cannot accept returns after a contract has been signed.

Q: Is the appraisal of heavy machinery and construction machinery free of charge?

A: There is no charge for the appraisal. There is no charge even if you are not satisfied with the appraisal amount and do not enter into a contract.

Q: When will payment be made?

A: We will transfer the money to your specified account when the machine is handed over to you.

Q: Will you pick it up?

A: Yes. If the machine is self-propelled and has no problems starting, it can be handed over to you at the storage location. *Please consult us in advance as some storage locations may not be accessible to transportation vehicles.

Q: What documents are required when selling machinery?

A: Please prepare a transfer certificate issued by the manufacturer. Please check with the manufacturer.
